'The house was clean and set up well for several people to stay. We used it for a birthday slumber party for our daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The pool table, golf, and snack bar in the basement were great for the party. There was seating for all the girls to watch a movie and there were 2 bathrooms.
