'Room was everything we thought and so much more. Within 5 minutes of sitting on the porch, I said “we are coming back!” The view and feel was incredible! So relaxing! Next time we will bring a few more things to be able to cook more in the kitchenette. What a special little gem. '

'Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.'

'Room was fine and clean, relatively new. Reception staff and shuttle driver were very nice. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Minor issue: some rooms on the first floor have their window directly to the parking lot, with cars parking just 2 meters from the window.'
