'We could not close the dead bolt on the door, there were no basic amenities like hangers, closet, iron box or hair dryer. Had to go pick up the hair dryer myself from the front lobby and the person actually asked to bring it back to him. They might not even clean the room, for the cleaning lady to pick it up.'

'We booked this hotel because there was pool but when we asked to reception how to get by the pool by check in time they said pool not working and we asked how long takes maintenance and when will be open answer was 6-7 days… We were there for 5 days. I guess when it’s summer time and you have huge pool and people are booking your hotel you must get some information online to explain people before they are booked rooms you haven’t pool or different services… That’s all what I want to say.
