'This is a lovely cottage in the heart of a residential area. Close to Santana Row. Clean, neat, and a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and quiet. The hosts are kind and communication is quick and easy. The shower was a bit of a challenge and some comedic relief to the event (I turned the wrong knob and gave the entire room a shower). 'BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....

'Host was fine. No trouble accessing the house, nice neighborhood. Quiet, comfortable, spacious house, plenty of on street parking. I would certainly rate the house as a 9 but not a 10, Everything functioned well enough, electrical, plumbing, etc. It is simply an older home that could use some TLC.
