'Comfort Inn consistent and comfortable. Breakfast room too congested and uncomfortable by comparison to several we stayed at through 6 weeks across Canada in fall 2025. Skipped using it in favour of quiet MacD next door.'

'Extremely friendly staff who really took the time to show all the areas of the house and where complementary food and drinks can be found, day and night (coffee/tea) or sodas for a small fee. Great hospitality. Room was good. Clean and with all the necessities. Breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Would recommend this location. '

'Superb, beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Perfect place to stay in Charlottetown, just old world charm!'

'I loved the kitchen and that we could make some of our own meals. The bathroom was top rate. The only thing I would improve would somehow make the room darker at night.'

'Very clean, comfortable bed, lots of towels, wonderful cafe and live music downstairs and perfect location in Charlottetown.'

'Not worth it, bad bed, dirty floor, very noisy direct at highway, only the Coffee in the morning was good'

'This is hotel is new, rooms spacious, with modern decor and immaculately clean. Pet friendly. Complimentary laundry, breakfast, and outdoor hot tubs and swim spa are very nice. Reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is the lack of dining options and no in-house store. It's far from any other stores as well. In the hotel, they have a very fine very formal dining that you need a reservation for, or, just down the road a pub/diner, but with mostly fried food and limited healthy options. Breakfast...

'Great location'

'Wonderful stay in a perfect location. Great private parking, easy walk to restaurants, stores and historic sites. Staff were accommodating, answering all questions and helpful getting us settled in. Would recommend to anyone wanting a convenient, lovely spot to stay in Charlottetown!'

'Mooi huis met parkeerplaats en op loopafstand van alles in het centrum van Charlottetown. Helaas zaten we naast een kamer waarvan onze buren de hele dag (en nacht) de ventilatie van de badkamer aan hadden staan en dat was extreem goed te horen in onze kamer waardoor we slechter hebben geslapen. In andere kamers heb je hier misschien minder last van. '
