'Everything was beautiful, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I travel for work and my shift is over night so I sleep during the day. The room I was in was very quiet and that was the best thing ever for a night shifter. Plan to stay again in the feature.'

'We got there at 3 a.m. due to bad weather, the guy at front desk was really mad we probably woke him up. I had my kids with me, therefore had to request more towels and an extra blanket, they refused those.'

'On July 4th there was no electricity in our room from 6pm-9am..! The front clerk couldn’t have cared less about our comfort and concerned!! He literally didn’t care! He didn’t offer anything than unprofessionalism and no compassion!! We had no TV and totally in the dark..! We weren’t able to take a shower until 11am.. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of the President!!'

'The room was clean and the air conditioning operated flawlessly but the room is horribly sparse. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer. There was no smoke detector in the room. Although I did have a visit from a rather large spider, there were no bed bugs. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows, only 3 for a king sized bed, and smaller pillows at that, were not very full. The grill on the bathroom fan was missing. 'I was booking through Expedia and as I was about to check out my phone died when it turned back on it was now 2400 and I was only able to book the room from the 31st of June to the 1 of July. She said check out normal isn’t till. 11 but let me in anyway cuz in her words she felt bad. However on the morning of the 31 of June she came banging on the door saying I needed to leave and eventually called the cops who agreed that my hotel dates were still valid and she was wrong but I still have not...

'the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town'

'This is the first time Expedia completely failed me. The motel was horrendous, in a terrible location and remarkably neglected. The photos on Expedia’s site looked nothing like the actual hotel. If I was not so disappointed, it would have been humorous. We could not stay. Had to find a different place to stay and pay for a second hotel. In addition to the area being frightening, the room was disgusting. And hot. Expedia should disassociate with this establishment immediately. Way below...
