'Overall a clean, roomy place to stay. We could definitely hear the people above us walking around but it wasn't an issue over. I will likely stay again if ever in Minot. '

'The building on the outside is lacking, the inside was nice . We get to our room on the 7th floor there was an extra space between the window and outside . One of the screens was missing ( not from our window the extra balcony thing you could not get on) there was a dead pigeon….. the live pigeons would get in the space flutter around by the air conditioner and sound like a b52 landing in our room !!!! Easy fix …. Remove dead pigeon replace screen '
