But we know why you wrote all these impudent lies. And we would like to emphasize that all your words have nothing to do with your stay in March in our apartment. It’s a pity that we cannot share screenshots of conversation between us, where your behavior was very aggressive and insulting. It wasn't very long ago you were threatening us. Нам очень жаль, что вы оценили наши апартаменты так низко и хотели бы прокомментировать ваш отзыв: мы проверили чайник в квартире работает, но в случае если что то не работало, почему вы не связались с нами ( вы жили 2 суток)? Наш администратор всегда на связи и могли бы решить ваш возникший вопрос в течении часа. Так же хотим заметить по поводу обогревателя: в квартире работает центральное отопление и температура в квартире комфортная. Обогреватель находится на всякий случай. Да, обогреватель один, так как квартира однокомнатная. Мы так же понимаем, что ваш отзыв вы оставили не совсем честно и корректно, так как вы выбрали вариант размещения экономный вариант, и не посмотрели на адрес месторасположения и остались недовольны. Мы связывались с вами за день до приезда и прислали вам всю информацию. Если вы не довольны адресом, то могли связаться с нами - мы предложили бы другой вариант. но вы к сожалению этого не сделали. Надеюсь в следующий приезд, вы обратите внимание на адрес квартиры и выберете подходящий вариант.
