Hotels in de buurt van Miradouro dos Marmeleiros (Funchal)

'We’ve had a lovely stay at our three house home for 4 nights. The service was really great and we felt so welcome from the moment we’ve arrived with first of all a tour around the hotel and our appartment, our host gave us some great advice on good restaurants, walks and other things to know to have the best time in Madeira. We stayed in touch for all our needs via Whatsapp which was super convenient. We will defenitely return! P.S the friday pinchos on the hotel rooftrop where sooo delicious,...

'One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)'

'Heel vriendelijk personeels.

'The hotel is very charming, and the surrounding gardens are beautiful and spacious. Big swimming-pool and lots of space to relax. The city-centre is easily reachable by short Uber-ride (they also have a free transfer at the hotel). The quinta itself is stunning and has many historic features. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a decent size. However the room was slightly musty and felt a little overused - nothing to worry though. A highlight was certainly the...

'Schoon hotel. Leuk personeel. Goed ontbijt. '

'Room was spotless and very modern. We didn’t have a sea view but our view over Funchal was absolutely incredible. Location very good and walkable to the old town. There are local restaurants nearby too. The hotels pool felt almost like a private pool and it was always very quiet. We also had access to the facilities at the sister hotel across the road. This included two really good pools, a gym and an indoor spa. My only slight criticism (not enough I feel to deduct any stars but something to...

'We booked a deluxe room, and we got a normal room. The staff was aware of the mistake, but refused to refund the difference. They said I had to address the management. The management finally did not do anything. And that happened at that place two times!'

'Het ontbijt buffet is heerlijk. Buitenzwembad is top.

'It was a very nice appartment, large with airco and a small balcony. Very close to the center of Funchal but quiet. There was a parking garage under the building you have to reserve upfront. Nice staff as well.'

'Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con'

'Top'

'smells a bit weird in the room but has a great view and amazing location, nice staff, super fast wifi.'
