'The first night was fine. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. 'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '
