'The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. '

'Great location, great price. I am a regular. I was disappointed that this time around our Refrigerator wasn't working. I mentioned it to the staff but they seemed bothered. But normally I have no complaints or negative feedback from this location.'

'Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.'

'We visited for a little Father's Day getaway -- mostly attracted by the outdoor pool. The pool was very large, nicely maintained, and there was plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas available. The room itself was comfortable - a little dated, but overall clean and spacious. We were on the third floor towards the end, grateful because there was a grand piano in the foyer and some kids were banging on it... thankfully we couldn't hear it! We had a burger and a drink on the outside patio and...

'The Goodwin is a shell of its former self. Bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, breakfast was worse than a Comfort Inn. Zero amenities. The Valet staff was wonderful. The rest of the staff was next to useless. Asked for 1 hour late check out and was just summarily told no.'
