'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests. 'This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.'
