'Staff upgraded us to a Penthouse suite when we realized that the beds in the standard rooms were only Queen size beds. Standard room looks more like an apartment and bedroom was small with no TV in the room. Penthouse suite was beautiful though'

'Way overpriced; C$ 221.20 for a room without airconditioning. Temp in room reached 26 degrees Celsius. Then while taking a shower I noticed the small shampoo and shower gel were used and almost empty. Sad but true. At check-in the receptionist had a hard time counting the (partly) cash I paid with. Also a hard time to deduct the cash from the invoice and charge the rest to my MasterCards. The hotel itself has its charmes but is way overpriced. Guess it’s the new reality. '

'This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.'

'Shuttlebus werkte perfect. Jammer dat hotel toch wel ver afgelegen is van winkels/restaurants. Met de auto zeiden ze 10 minuten maar dat was zeker 20. Weinig openbaar vervoer en Lopend al helemaal niet te doen. Voor de rest net hotel met goede bedden'
