Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable.
During my stay at Bloom Mississauga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton on March 25, 2026, I returned to my room after their housekeeping service and discovered that the contents of a FULL bathroom trash bin had been dumped directly into the toilet bowl and the toilet lid left covered. When I opened the lid, the toilet was filled with garbage.
This was not just unpleasant—it was a serious sanitation failure. The bathroom was unusable, and the situation was both shocking and completely inappropriate for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand.
What made matters worse was the handling by management. The explanation I received did not adequately account for what happened, and there was a clear lack of accountability. That response was almost as concerning as the incident itself.
Travelers should be aware that this property appears to have significant issues with basic housekeeping standards and quality control. I strongly suggest management take immediate corrective action, as this kind of incident should never happen in a professional hospitality environment.
