In relatie tot de prijs is het hotel prima. Gunstig gelegen t.o. aanlegplaats boot (Split-Dubrovnik). Direct toegang tot het natuurpark Mljet.

Lastig te beoordelen
Het is een mooi hotel, perfecte locatie, goede faciliteiten. Het probleem is echter dat bij de helft van de kamers de airco niet werkt, daarnaast zien de kamers er lang niet zo goed uit als op de foto’s dit betreft slechts een paar gerenoveerde kamers. Ik vind dit erg jammer want het personeel is exht super! En ik gun ze daarom een goede beoordeling. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer die niet het uitzicht had wat ik had verwacht, vervolgens kregen we zonder probleem een andere kamer met een upgrade tot balkon, echter werkte hier de airco niet. Na weer om een andere kamer vragen, begrepen we dat bij veel kamers de airco niet werkte en konden we een dag later in een kamer met uitzicht en airco. Kortom, het laat te wensen over, het personeel doet zijn uiterste best om te roeien met de riemen die ze hebben en uiteindelijk heb je een redelijke kamer en omdat ze het zo goed hebben opgelost durf ik hier wel nogmaals heen te gaan, maar het is erg jammer dat het zo is, want met een kleine investering zou dit een perfect hotel kunnen zijn. Nogmaals, de faciliteiten en het persooneel zijn fantastisch, enkel met de kamers is het wat gedoe.

Ideaal hotel voor wandelen en zwemmen in natuurpark; best kiezen voor kamer met zeezicht. Parking is gratis op 200m. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Verschillende restaurants om te dineren nabij aan waterkant. Rustige omgeving.

Hotel aan prachtige baai en natuurpark
Hotel gelegen aan prachtige baai, kleine cruise boten komen en gaan (mooi om te zien); op wandelafstand van natuurpark; zeer goed ontbijtbuffet; gratis parking op 200m is pluspunt. Kamer met balkon met zeezicht was zeer aangenaam. Eetgelegenheden beschikbaar langs het water.

Tolle Lage, aber braucht dringend Renovierung
Leider ist das Hotel sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist toll, aber das Hotel ist sehr alt und teilweise wirklich grenzwärtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen war ok. Halt eher wie in einer Kantine.

It was wonderful at the hotel. The rooms had a/c, it’s right on the beach and near so many places to eat. The staff are very helpful. My only issue would be the lack of elevator for luggage however the staff are more than willing to offer someone to help with the luggage. We carried our own and it was fine. Just something to note.

Good location, dissappointing hotel
We had high expectations of this hotel in a very beautiful location but were let down by rude reception staff and a faulty smoke alarm that flashed all night. As a result we slept badly and when we woke up to breakfast, that too was dissappointing.

Ravis de notre séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Vue magnifique. Bonne situation : à quelques minutes à pied de l’entrée du parc national. Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable. Les chambres sont très bien , mais il faudrait peut-être moderniser les salles de bain . Dommage que les vacanciers monopolisent les transats dès 8h du matin , car à partir de 10h il n’y a plus de place et pourtant les gens ne sont pas là .

Hôtel très bien situé en face de l’arrivée du ferry. Très bon accueil et personnel charmant et serviable. On a eu une chambre avec une grande terrasse vue sur la mer! Belle chambre pour 3 personnes et très bonne literie. Buffet excellent pour le petit déjeuner, décevant pour le dîner. On sent que les équipements sont un peu vieillissants mais c’est une très bonne adresse pour Mjet!

Visit to the island Mljet.
The hotel has a great location but has a little wear and tear in the rooms. Our room had a bad smell and a lot of noice from the sourrounding rooms. After writing the review on this website,we were contacted by the staff emediately with the choise of changing to a different room. Great service! Upon arrival, we were taken good care of and a lot of useful information given.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel. L'accueil est chaleureux mais aussi très professionnel. Le personnel a été très réactif à nos demandes. Le confort de la chambre était parfait ( nous étions 2 et avons eu une suite -269- avec 2 chambres et un balcon). Le repas et le buffet sont complets. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Idyllisches Hotel am Meer
Der erste Eindruck im Zimmer täuscht. Nach Koffer schleppen in den 2. Stock ohne Lift steht man im Zimmer, enges Bad, Möblierung aus den 60er Jahren. ABER, alles sauber, Betten sehr bequem, Sicht aufs azurblaue Meer, sehr ruhig, schattiger Garten, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und effizient, eine chillige Loungebar direkt am Wasser, und der Meereinstieg quasi vor dem Zimmer. Das sehr gute Buffet abends und morgens lässt keine Wünsche offen, es wird auf der Veranda mit Hafenblick eingenommen. Idyllisch. Die Hoteldirektorin macht jeden Abend die Runde und verweilt zum kurzen Schwatz bei jedem einzelnen Tisch - sehr sympathisch! Das Hotel stammt zwar aus den 60er Jahren, ist aber sehr gut in Schuss gehalten und hat ein unschlagares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Und die Lage ist einmalig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great location, tired condition
The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the quay side where the ferry docks and within 10min walk of the stunning Mljet national park. The buffet at breakfast and dinner is pretty good, with a broad selection of international choices. The hotel itself whilst clean, is tired and in need of a refresh. Based on the condition, we felt the hotel was over priced compared to other accommodate taken across other parts of Dalmatian islands.

Really nice location, amazing beachfront with very peaceful sea and inspirational view. Also very close to the national park, which basically has wonderful nature. Also really friendly staff, who are very professional and make you feel welcomed. The only downside is that the facilities have started to look old. The corridors and main building could benefit from some renovation. Otherwise, i would definitely recommend it for a nice, peaceful stay in Mljet

Perfect base for exploring Mljet
This hotel is really nice, and it’s location literally inside the national park is phenomenal. Breakfast was absolutely fine, and the views are amazing. Highly recommended (especially as a base to explore Mljet)!

Average hotel in a stunning island!
It is the only hotel in the beautiful island of Mljet, hence it might need some competition to aim for improvements. The service is very correct but no smiles. Rooms need a bit of updating but the bed is comfortable. Not good feedback regarding cleaning as we found several hairs in our bathroom. Food is average. Nice location overlooking a bay and with a pleasant beach bar.

Nice for short stay
The hotel is in a great location in quiet town on Mljet, within the national park. The condition of the room and furnishings are very dated, but fine for a short stay. The price is relatively high -- but seems to capitalize on few options around. The front desk staff was very helpful, and arranged a transfer to the next town over to catch the ferry in the morning. Mljet and the town, Pomena, were both beautiful with lovely options for food and easy travel. The beach bar and swimming area are both very nice and comfortable.

Would stay again!
We were graciously treated to a “day room” after check out, so we could clean up after being in the Park, something that was possible with low occupancy during COVID. Some reviews mentioned it was “run down”, but I found it reasonable for isolated island living . The manager also personally thanked us for visiting.

Emplacement top, hôtel simple mais fait le job !!
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à l'hôtel Odisej. L'hôtel est certes assez vetuste mais propre. La literie est confortable. L'emplacement est vraiment un atout, la baie de Pomena est agréable et les couchers de soleil sont tops. On peut regretter que aucun membre du personnel ne gère les transats sur la "plage". Les clients installent leur serviettes tôt le matin et ne les utilise qu'une ou 2 heures dans la journée... Et vous, respectueux vous ne parvenez jamais à vous y installer....

The location is great. Very close to the beautiful national park. The hotel is somewhat tired and a bit dated but its ok. Ultimately its a 3 star hotel and thats what you get. Please be aware that there is only wifi in the lobby area which may be an issue for some.

Good experience, overall condition of hotel, in comparison with price per night could and should be better. Food was fine, but there is a place for improvement. Parking should be improved. There are no dedicated parking space for hotel guests. Other 3 star hotel offer parking as a standard

Beautiful place, hotel is tired
It's a tough time to be operating a hospitality business and it was clear that the hotel was struggling to maintain a high level of service during this time. We had some pretty bad service at breakfast, and the dinner options were such that we went to eat elsewhere. Still, the area is beautiful and made up for these other issues. There seemed to be a lack of cleaning and hand sanitiser etc around the outdoor restaurant area, and there didn't seem to be any process for cleaning down sun loungers / tables / etc in the common areas.
