We loved the pool and hot tub!
We had so much fun here! It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. The location was great — close to downtown Moab, hiking trails, Ken’s Lake, and Arches. Our favorite part of the stay was swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. We also loved that there was a pickleball court, and a beautiful view from the master bedroom!

Moab Get-away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would use it again. The only glitch was some of the emailed information about how to check in was missing or incorrect, but the staff was available to answer our questions. Also finding the unit and the street to turn onto from the highway was difficult with our after-dark arrival. A map of the complex layout would be most helpful.

Google maps has a pin of the condo which is what we recommend guests use in our arrival instructions. It takes you right to the unit! Moab adventure stay
It was a great place with a grill, all the extras needed to cook well while on vacation. The heated pool kept the kids entertained every evening while we cooked after a day of adventuring out in Moab.

Good location and quiet
Generally a good location not too far from Moab but with also a great view of the mountains. We were there over Christmas and it was very quiet. We had a dog and the property was well setup to accommodate for it, with poop bags and an easily accessible patch of grass. Property management was helpful and provided timely information throughout the stay. Mostly very clean but could use a little more attention to detail. Bedside tables, TV stands, tables in the living room hadn’t been wiped in some time and a used towel from a previous customer was left hanging. We also had to wash some of the cookware before using. If you are planning to book this you may also want to check the prices listed on the property manager’s website bookvrc.com/moab-utah, I cannot confirm this but there’s a chance Vrbo charges extra fees.

Jeeping in Moab
Really enjoyed the location and views from our villa. The place was clean and easy to access. Garage was large enough to fit both of our Jeeps comfortably. it had enough supplies for a couple days. Front porch was a great place to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. It was close to town and shops. We will definitely visit again! Also one of us left an important item upon departure and was able to call the next day and housekeeping was able to locate it and overnight it back to its owner.

Great place to stay while exploring moab
The townhome home was nice and had everything you need! The beds were nice and comfy. The place had a grill and gold cooking utensils. The garage could fit mtbs and 2 lifted Jeeps. Overall the property was great and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place near Moab
This was our third visit to the Moab area, first two times in a hotel, first time in a VRBO. Nice to be slightly south of the bustling city center. A beautiful property located close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We found everything at the property exactly as described…clean, nice kitchen, nice furniture, comfortable beds, everything working as expected. All bedrooms are on the second floor. It was stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, but only 2 days’ worth regardless of your length of stay. Wi-Fi was spotty or not working during our stay. After employing all suggestions, a tech was sent out to work on the issue while we were gone for the day. That person managed to leave the garage door open when they left. Thank goodness none of our belongings or the townhouse items were missing! During our planning and our visit, questions were answered in a timely manner. Besides the few mishaps, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful property located close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The property was well equipped and very clean. We had 5 senior citizens in our party and felt like we had access to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property. My only concern was that all three bedrooms are located on the second floor. I don't remember seeing that in the description of the property. So, this condo is not appropriate for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Other than that it was fantastic!

Everything was perfect for us. We had been traveling for days only staying one night here and there. We decided to stay here in Moab for several days. It was the perfect place to take a breather and enjoy the scenery right out the back door. Fairly close to everything. Loved it.

No complaints... property was as described and we enjoyed our stay. We never received any communication with check-in info either before or during our stay from the property manager, but when we called upon arrival they answered right away and gave us the code for entry so no harm done. We would stay here again.

The condo was great for six adults, 24-85 years old. Easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. Quiet, comfortable just right. Nice to have indoor parking and a pool and hot tub next door. Thanks for a good week!

Wonderful and clean townhouse
After booking we received very comprehensive details with directions and codes to access the garage. We arrived to the house and following the instructions had no issues getting inside. The home was spotless and just as described. There was plenty of space for all of us, and everything was in good working order. The only minor item was that there weren't any comforters or heavier blankets, as it was a little chilly at night and we didn't want to turnthe heat too high, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this home again.

Spring Break in Moab
I'm a clean freak and I could find no fault with this place. We cooked meals to avoid restaurants and the kitchen had ample cookware. I loved the 2 car garage, which had a high enough door for us to drive in with our topper still on. The neighborhood is mostly rentals judging by the large number of toy haulers and trucks, but everyone was respectful with their noise. The location is about 5 minutes south of Moab. Arches is on the north side of town but you'll spend longer in line to get in the park than it takes to get to the park.

We found everything at the property exactly as described or better. Clean, nice kitchen, very nice furniture, comfortable beds, everything working as expected. The location is superb, easy to find based on instructions and in close proximity to pretty much anything you need. Would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Great Location
This property is at a great location in Moab; not too close to the downtown streets but not too far. The kids got to play with snow right outside the garage. Utensils were well stocked to make a great meal. You should consider bringing more of the basic condiments (sugar, salt, oil, etc) but that is expected I suppose. The property is very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was spacious, very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked ( including steamer, crock pot, baking trays, multiple spices and coffee, etc) The local company who administers the condo went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was comfortable and we did not need anything else.

Very nice condo—well equipped
My husband and I stayed at this Moab condo for a week. We only needed the one bedroom, but it would have worked really well for larger groups as well. We have stayed in VRBOs around the world for at least 10 years. What we really appreciated about this condo was the convenience of small items like garbage bags, dish and dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. These have not always been provided elsewhere, and it saved us time and money to not have to shop for these items when we really just wanted to enjoy our hikes and drives. We also loved and used the trail recommendations that were provided in the garage. It was a really nice, personal touch that we utilized and really enjoyed. (Catacomb Rock and Chicken Corners were awesome!) We would definitely stay in Moab again and would seek out this condo as a first choice.

Really Nice Place To Stay
We just spent a week in this townhome and it was a great choice. It was VERY clean, well stocked with everything we needed (kitchen dishes, glasses, quality pots and pans, tons of bath towels, decent TP, paper towels and tissues) and had good appliances. Given the COVID situation we cooked our own meals every day and it was great for that. The furnishings were good quality, the home was tastefully decorated, and the king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. As others have noted, this townhome complex is quite a few miles south of Moab so you will have to drive to any restaurant or store, and it was about a 30 minute drive to Arches, but we didn’t find that to be a problem. It was quieter out there, and the complex is nice. One thing to be aware of is that the DirectTV package they have doesn’t give you any of the major networks so if you want to watch much on TV, bring your own Roku, Apple TV etc. or you won’t have any idea of what the channels are otherwise. And I would agree with another reviewer that the carpet should definitely be replaced - it’s very old and worn down, but we still felt the place was great and would definitely choose it again.

Perfect stay with family
This property was perfect for our family. It was my husband and I and our two girls ages 7 and 5. The three bedrooms made it feel more spacious and my girls got their own bathroom which helped a lot. My husband had to work remotely the first two days we were here and considering where we are, the internet was decent. We have ATT for our phones and when downstairs we only had one bar but it only was an issue once for a call my husband needed to make for work. The place itself was perfect. We had plenty of bath towels. (Only three pool towels, but we brought our own), toilet paper, paper towels, cooking utensils and pots and pans (really good quality). The location was a little ways away from downtown Moab but that didn't bother us. Just keep in mind when booking. It was about a 10 minute drive. We loved the pool area which was just a quick walk out the garage which we used everyday after visiting the parks. Check in and out was a breeze with the key pad entrance through the garage. We never needed the keys which made it easier as well. We would absolutely stay in this apartment again!! My girls loved it.

Nice place not too far from town
This was a nice place to stay. We were a family of 5 (three teenagers, DH and me) and had plenty of room. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was a little tricky to find the first time so follow the directions carefully that the manager gives you. Then follow them even more carefully the second time! ( : The property is a little outside of Moab but if you have rented a car it was fine. We were able to drive our rented UTV from town to here too. We ate all of our meals that we did not eat out in the parks here whether we carried out or cooked here (because of the pandemic). Everything in the kitchen worked well and the grill was helpful too. The washer and dryer were helpful as was the third bathroom. We used the community pool and it was being cleaned about every 2 hours. That was reassuring. There is a helpful map in the garage and a place to rinse the sand off your shoes on the front porch, by the grill. There is WiFi but it can be slow when every screen is watching a movie. There may be Netflix and HBO on demand too. One time I was able to log on, another time I was not. My suggestion to the owners would be 1) have a few extra pillow cases, if you wanted more than one pillow there was no case for it but there were plenty of pillows. 2) The carpet needs updating. It didn't impact our stay but there is a nail pop on one of the steps that is pretty sharp when you step on it. 3) Thank you for the very clean house. We appreciated it. I know it must have been a quick turnaround because the towels in the master bedroom had been put in the closet, folded nicely, but soaking wet. We laughed about it, they only needed to be put outside in the sun for 20 minutes to dry. I would recommend this rental.

This was a wonderful vacation property. Clean, great condition and had everything we possibly needed. Our family of 6 had more than enough room. It was great having the pool area and being so close to Moab. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Moab
We had multiple parties spread out across the property and it was great being able to walk to and from each other's rental to hang out, meet up and enjoy everything Moab has to offer. It's about a 5-10 minute drive into town, but also nice that you're able to get to some of the best off-roading locations in minutes. We will be staying here again!

Moab vacation
Overall very nice. However, the bedrooms face east so I would prefer to see dark curtains rather than being forced to wake w the sunrise. Also the community sprinklers seem to be overdone. There were large puddles in the grass.
