Perfect location and home for Moab
This property is clean, attractive and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the property manager was exceptional! She sent us restaurant and activity suggestions that were really helpful. I loved the quiet neighborhood and views of the canyon. Arches National Monument was only a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable place to stay in beautiful Moab
Beautiful property with great views and amenities. Property manager provided bountiful helpful information, including recommendations and tips for local activities and restaurants. Particularly helpful to us was being informed of the requirement to secure an advance reservation to enter Arches National Park (thank you!) and the recommendation to drive the La Sal Mountain Loop Road (a spectacular favorite!). Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot to visit Arches National Park
This property was amazing. It was super clean and beautiful. It was a very close distance to Arches National Park, which was the reason we rented it. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Condo
The Condo was nice place to stay during our visit in Moab and would definitely stay here again. It was well stock with everything we needed including a nice patio backyard with a huge BBQ to grill and lounge chairs to relax on. Moab was windy during a couple nights of our stay causing the outside awing shade to rattle around which did create some noise in the Master bedroom so had to relocate to spare bedroom for a good nights sleep.

This was our first VRBO stay. We can’t say enough about the experience. The tips that the host gave us were extremely helpful for the area. The accommodations were lovely. The ease of checking in and out were also fluid. We have family of six and we all felt there was ample space.

Dear Mayuri, Thank you for the review, but I am very confused by it, you rated us 3 stars and said that pictures are even better? ? Well, first of all pictures have no filter, and guests are very happy with all the things “and the picture and in reality “ they get; second, on the Vrbo message system you were kind enough at your check in to write “we just got here and so far we are loving it”; and third, you should included why you really rated us that low, which affects us by the way, because when you asked for a late check out for the activities of your children I regretfully declined it and explained it to you that we had to clean the unit for the next guests and have it in time for the check in. Please understand that policies are for a reason we need the hours to clean after someone’s stays and in your case the cleaning personnel worked harder because you didn’t follow any of the check out procedures: dirty plates, also the place was full of trash, and on top of it, you left it with a very strong smell of spices used during your stay, those reasons are WHY I didn’t let you to check out at the time your wanted it, next time for the next host write the truth as I did. So, safe travels for now

Wonderful Coming Back To
We loved the house. Used the patio, balcony and fireplace. It was well stocked with everything that you might need. The shower in the master bedroom was awesome! The views from every room was amazing! It makes a great base for all the activities you will want to do. Sure beats going back to a hotel room.

Nice 3 bedroom house a reasonable distance from town. We enjoyed the back patio and the garage was nice to have. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Check in/out was a breeze. I would recommend and absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!
Property very clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location for visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Nice kitchen. We fixed breakfast both mornings and had everything we needed as far as utensils. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.

Perfect family getaway.
Situated just a few miles south of downtown Moab this condo was convenient to all the activities we were interested in and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and everyone thought their beds were very comfortable. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and although we brought our own roasting pan we were able to pull our meal together without problem using the multitude of utensils and cookware available. We thoroughly enjoyed the gas fireplace for ambiance and warmth. Although it was too cold to sit outside the views of the La Sals off the upstairs deck were spectacular. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful location
Beautiful home in a spectacular setting. Lovely touches, including Netflix, coffee, spices, and all the bits you would miss if you had checked into a hotel. Excellent appliances made our visit easier. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting this town.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Moab South Valley. There was plenty of space for our two families, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Everything we needed to relax after our backpacking trip through Canyonlands.

Nice condo
While this condo was lovely and well priced, there are some needed improvements. The pillows were very flat. New ones may be in order. The door to the wrap-around deck that exits from the master bedroom "whistles" when the wind blows. Upon further investigation, the seal on the bottom of the door is broken, and should be replaced. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked. The views are lovely. The beds are comfortable. You will enjoy your stay!

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen but knives REALLY need to be sharpened.
Towels were thick and absorbent. Have been to other VRBO’s where they should have been in the rag bag. Easy access with the locked code. Would have appreciated a little later check out time but we made it. If we come back next year for music festival wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Thank you!👍

Perfect location, space with a view for our full family vacation
Nice outdoor space with a view. Spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and garage. Clean and homey. Good size for 6 adults. We had a GREAT vacation, and this was a perfect place for us to stay. We recommend it.

Love the 2nd Floor Balcony
This is a very nice condo! It is in a great location just south of town away from lots of traffic & people. The condo is nicely furnished (a little dark in the living area, but otherwise comfortable). It was lightly stocked with paper products, trash bags, detergents, & coffee. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings & evenings! There are lovely views of the La Sal Mountains on one side & canyon walls on the other.

Stephen, While I appreciate your input, I sincerely don't agree with you. I take pride on what I do, and the reviews of 5 stars (5 of 5 stars, not 5 of 10 stars) that I have maintained since 2009 speak for themselves. Before and after your occupance, I've only had happy customers and satisfied returning guests. Your review is inaccurate - there have been no previous complaints or reports about "several little things not operative". Next to the subdivision, there is an KOA Campground that is completely fenced and independent from our development. There has been no previous issues that have raised amongst this KOA Campground. I strongly believe your disatisfaction came from when you called me while at the condo. You told me you had to leave a day early for some issues back home or work, and requested a refund for the night you were not going to occupy. Based on my cancellation policy, you didn't get any money back. You also called a week after asking, yet again, to be refunded for the night you opted not to use. Thank you Stephen, Rossana Walter

Fabulous Condo
This was our family gathering and found this condo to be spacious with 3 bedrooms the master bedroom was large and spacious with a deep tub for bathing and lovely shower in the master bedroom. The listing description was accurate. The wrap around balcony on the second floor gave you a view of the mountains in the back and in the front. We had 8 people sometimes up to 12 visiting and it never felt crowded. The kitchen was spacious for more than one person to work on and the kitchen table sat up to 8 people. Outside on the patio was a large picnic table that accommodated all eight of us to play board games of which were provided. We had two little ones there was a high chair and a play and pac for them as well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes for adults and children so all we had to worry about is stocking it with food! There was a computer for those of us to research local activities and keep up with the world. This condo made out stay in Moab comfortable and our family would rate it A+ in accommodations. We would highly recommend it to our family and friends as it is well worth the price! We enjoyed zip lining, repelling and Arches National Park. We also ventured into Colorado to visit Mesa Verde which is a two and half hour drive but well worth the trip. We enjoyed the local grocery store as it was stored with local fresh produce and everything one might need.
