'Lugar maravilhoso, localização privilegiada. Toda a equipe prestou excelente atendimento.

'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'

'I booked a dome with my family, including my pregnant wife, thinking it was a family friendly place as stated by expedia, however due to the poor design of the steps my wife fell off, since the steps are literally rounded at the edges. When comunicated to the lady that received us, she showed no signs of worry about the situation.
