'Great place for a quick escape. Quiet area with a great pond and hiking! Super clean. The pond is clear and serene, a short walk down the road from the bungalow. The cabin is adorable, but I would have loved a few more curtains; the windows are very open. Also, the place begs for lamps, especially for reading; only overhead lighting, which is a but harsh. '

'Very convenient...5 minutes to center of Francestown with Village Store for necessities. Very close to a couple of taverns. Only had a brief stay, but would have enjoyed the fireplaces if the weather was cool enough.'

'Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. I kayaked everyday exploring the shoreline and watching for birds.
