'Good hotel with lots to eat and super markets close by. Great to visit Mount Renier from this hotel! Do not book something closer to the national parc (maybe only inside the parc), it is better to drive a bit.'

'Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

'It is a very tired dated property. There is no bar, or restaurant. The room we were given was a bit spooky. It was huge. It was way too large for a handicapped person. It was dark and creepy without a safe chair to sit in. I do not know if all the rooms were like ours, but I doubt it. We felt that since we booked through Expedia, we got a weird room. I would never stay in that room again. It was on the ground floor, and we both felt vulnerable.'

'One night stay for a Mother's Day visit. This hotel is under remodel, so the check in process was a bit makeshift and went slowww - meaning one guy was running everything from a conference table in a hallway at the heaviest check late afternoon around 4pm. He was so professional and helpful and did great but I felt bad for him because it was definitely a lot for one person to run the show with such limited resources. Please acknowledge your great staff doing this tough work :) Our 1 bdrm Queen...
