'Marina was a fantastic host. The apartment is perfect for a couple. The flat and communal areas were super clean. Marina responded immediately to all requests, but to be honest there was little reason for any contact. Check-in was very easy, car at the door, and the entry code was simple. The apartment is very central with car parks, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. We had a great time.'

I wasn’t impressed with breakfast. Even if you’re not a late sleeper some dishes are empty and aren’t refilled. Warm dishes aren’t really kept warm. For the price there are probably better options outside. '

'Great hotel! The room was nice and clean. Bed was a bit soft but that’s a personal taste I think. The hotel’s location is great. It’s close to the train and bus station and the city center which makes exploring the city so easy. I had a great stay and I can recommend to everyone!'

"Good overall, but basic issues need attention
The hotel architecture is stunning and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally polite and helpful. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, though it can get crowded. Location-wise, it’s a 15–20 min walk to the old town, so not super central but manageable.
That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for my bed only, not my kid’s. Also, towel situation was weird: some days we had plenty, some days just one, and one day none at all.
It’s a good hotel if you value space and architecture over detail, but for a 4-star rating, the basics should really be tighter."
