'Our third stay here and we really cannot find any faults. Simply a great place to stay. '

'The property was immaculate and well equipped. The host, Jane was extremely friendly and helpful. A quiet peaceful spot with chickens and sheep wondering around on the common land outside the enclosed garden. My only criticism is that the staircase was steep and difficult for me but it didn’t spoil our stay. I shall recommend to friends.'

'Het huis ligt op een heuvel en heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Het is compleet uitgerust. De toegangsweg is soms wat smal, maar heeft genoeg ruimte her en der om te passeren. Wij vonden het prima te doen. Inderdaad wat trappen vervolgens om naar het huis te komen (dus niet geschikt voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn, maar verder goed te doen). Mooie omgeving met veel wandelmogelijkheden en natuur. Vriendelijke eigenaren.'

'Kailan is the most attentive host. Prompt responses to questions and requests. He could not have been more helpful. The house is excellent for a family break with lots of lovely walks and places to see close by.'

'I've tried to speak with the owner before posting this but have had no reply. Beautiful location completely spoilt by the classic/abandoned cars in the front garden making it unsafe for children and dogs. Field next door is similarly blighted. This spot is a blot on the otherwise beautiful scenery. 2 cookers both in need of deep and thorough clean. 1 grill and 1 oven not working. Fridges and surfaces clean. Lots of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Characterful/shabby chic v tatty & run down is...

'Charlotte and Simon's Cottage was wonderful. Very bright and clean and the grounds were excellent. This cottage gave us a great jumping off point for all our site seeing. Charlotte & Simon were very helpful. Our evenings were restful thanks to this great cottage. Thank you for sharing your great cottage with us. We would always stay here if we were ever in the area again.'

'Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again.'

'The Applestore is lovely located and central for daytrips to Wales, Hereford and lovely towns as Coleford and Kington. We had great diners at the Old Court Hotel and the Fforest Inn, both very good and dog friendly. We would have loved to meet the owners of the Applestore and compliment them on the cottage. We had a lovely sunny week!'

'Orchard Cottage is an amazing place to stay. It is situated on the slope of a hill, overlooking the valley of the Severn. The surroundings are an oasis of peace and quiet. The house itself is lovely, with every amenity you could wish for. Very well suited for families or the somewhat larger groups.'

'The property is set in wonderful grounds and is well furnished. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The fire in the lounge was a lovely focal point throughout the time we were there and we would love to return in summer when we could use the pool. Unfortunately Vrbo’s computer system did not appear to communicate with the property agent’s which led to various problems, including the property manager not knowing that we had paid the deposit. A phone call with the property agent easily...

There were 2 very full large builders skips right in front of the property making sitting out in the tiny courtyard quite an unpleasant experience. In the morning there was no hot water to the property. No tea towels for drying crockery.'
