Situated on the first floor and accessible via one flight of stairs, the apartment accommodates up to three guests. It features one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Two full bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet ensure privacy and convenience, even for longer stays.
The kitchen and dining area are spacious, bright, and furnished in a modern style. They are fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and citrus juicer.
Comfort is guaranteed year-round thanks to the centralized air conditioning system and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi connection.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone and cannot be accessed by car. Parking is not available directly at the property.
We recommend parking near Piazza Manzoni or Piazza XX Settembre, where you can find free spaces (white lines) or paid street parking (blue lines, 1–2 euros per hour). A private, covered, and secure parking option is also available for 30 euros per day.
