"La Veranda am Meer" Vacation Home

A vacation home that sleeps up to six, located in Monopoli, a seaside town in the province of Bari. The home is a five-minute walk from downtown and the historic district. The house features one bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, a mini gym, a dining room with a sea view, and a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. The location and the ocean view—along with the beach and everything in the surrounding area—make “La Veranda sul Mare” a unique place to stay. Our rate is structured so that the price for two people includes access to either the double bedroom or the twin bedroom, while the second bedroom can be added for a small supplement of 30 euros for the entire stay.<br>The neighborhood where the accommodations are located is north of the city center and is well-served by restaurants, bars, both equipped and unequipped beaches, supermarkets, discount stores, fish markets, a weekly market (Tuesdays), a gas station, and a parish church; it’s also directly across from the municipal stadium. There is a bus stop near the accommodation that goes to the city center, although the center is only a 10-minute walk away. In addition to the on-site parking, cars can be parked on the main street or along the seafront, where there is ample parking space.
