TD Casa Brunetti Heart of Historic Center

Casa Brunetti is a nice apartment, located on the first floor of a historic building, just outside the renowned historic center of Monopoli. Through an impressive door, there is access to the condominium entrance with 'chianca' floors and high vaulted ceilings; a stone staircase also leads to the apartment. Upon entering, a small corridor gives access to the living area, with kitchen and living room in a unique environment, with attention to every detail of style and comfort, equipped with: kitchenette with peninsula and stools, table with chairs, sofa bed and TV. The large French window gives a lot of light to the room and a small balcony overlooks the famous Strada dei Mercanti, as well as Via Garibaldi. Comfortable bathroom with shower. Finally, a double bedroom, whose furniture in shades of green gives a feeling of relaxation. Casa Brunetti is located on the main street of the historic center, Via Garibaldi, full of restaurants offering typical sea or land cuisine, souvenir shops, and outdoor places where you can enjoy delicious drinks. Walking on the main street you can reach the old port, the Carlo V Castle built overlooking the sea, the main square, but also supermarkets and pharmacies. Other places of interest such as Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Castellana Grotte and much more can be reached by car for a few kilometers.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .
The apartment does not have private parking. As it is located in the historic center, which is a  ZTL (limited traffic zone) , it is not possible to access it by car. You can park near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II , 70043 Monopoli (BA), or in the nearby streets.White lines indicate  free parking , while blue lines indicate  paid parking

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00

Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Small size pets are allowed in the apartment upon request with a supplement of 120 euros per pet.
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Monopoli tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
6. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
7. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
8. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner
9. Extra linens: 25.00 € per person

Late checkout after 13:00 you pay an extra night.
