Finely restored Trulli complex, located on the first hills of Monopoli, only 15 minutes by car from the city centre. A garden characterized by olive trees and Mediterranean plants frames the front of the trulli. Adjacent to the house there is a large covered wooden area, equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven, as well as electric oven, stove and dishwasher . A large table with chairs will allow you to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners right next to the swimming pool (5x10 mt); also designed with relaxation areas with cushions, sun beds and ad hoc lighting to enjoy the outdoor spaces also in the evening. The indoor area consists of an entrance hall with dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. On the right sleeping area with a very suggestive double bedroom inside the trullo. And a second double bedroom in the lamia with a private bathroom and direct access to the outside. Finally, a sofa bed that can be opened if necessary, suitable for children.
The villa has heating, so it can also be rented out during the winter months.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day.
