WANDERLUST is a newly renovated apartment located at Via Procaccia 33 in Monopoli. It offers spacious interiors, modern comforts, and a strategic location to experience the city with total freedom. Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, it’s also easily accessible by stairs.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features two double bedrooms. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and stylish, with a subtle coastal touch. Guests have access to all essential appliances for a comfortable and independent stay: electric cooktop, traditional oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Also included are a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and citrus juicer.
A sea-view balcony furnished with a table and chairs offers the perfect spot for breakfast outdoors or a sunset aperitivo.
To ensure maximum comfort in every season, the apartment is equipped with centralized heating and air conditioning, as well as high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
Its location is ideal for exploring Monopoli on foot. The nearest public beaches are just meters away, while the historic center—filled with restaurants, local shops, and charming alleyways—is only 200 meters from the property.
If you're arriving by car, street parking is available: free in white-lined areas, or paid (1–2 euros per hour) in blue zones depending on the season. A private, covered, and secure parking space is also available on request for €30 per day.
Check-in is handled in person with direct key delivery.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and to sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city center of Monopoli.

LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not expected. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10:00 but no later than 13:00, is €15 per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €200 will be charged.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your 4-legged friends.

SEPARATE COLLECTION
- It is necessary to carry out separate waste collection correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to carry it out in the best possible way.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €70 for the entire duration of your stay and you will have a mattress topper with corners, sheets upside down and over, pillows and pillowcases.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €200, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee within 7 days before.
BEACH TOWELS:
