Dimora Capitolo is a first floor apartment located in a small residence in Capitolo, a seaside hamlet of Monopoli. Dimora Capitolo is a first floor apartment, located in a small residence in Capitolo, a seaside hamlet of Monopoli. The apartment has a reserved parking space, and it is also possible to park an additional car in the street of the residence. An external staircase leads to a small terrace where there is an outdoor living room. The house consists of a living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning and kitchen equipped with gas stove, sink, refrigerator and table with chairs, a large covered veranda with an additional kitchen with gas stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and table with chairs. In the sleeping area there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning. In one of the 2 bedrooms there is a second bathroom with shower.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 150€
