Much of what we can control is the accommodation itself and had we known more about these needs during your stay we would have been more than happy to address these for you to ensure that your stay was met to your ultimate satisfaction. We are again sorry that the events of the weekend, with the Ironman being cancelled amplified to much of the dismay, that could definitely been felt throughout the peaks and valleys on this weekend, and we would love nothing more than to make this up to you with your next projected stay!
