Overall we enjoyed an excellent stay at this beautiful new house. It was perfect for our group of 10 skiers. Communication with the host before arrival was easy and helpful. Check in was reasonably quick and convenient. However, a few items to "know before you go":The access road and driveway were extremely slippery due to ice and a few inches of light snow during our stay. All wheel drive is required. The road maintenance could have been more prompt.The house needs seats/stools at the kitchen island. There are only 8 seats at the dining table. There should be a better carpet or floor covering of some kind inside the entrance to catch any slush/snow from the steps. We used an old towel to keep the floor dry.In order to control the temperature in the upstairs bedrooms you need to adjust the floor vents. The house warms up quickly even when it is bitter cold outside.The washer and drier downstairs are brand new. Bring a small detergent to use.The hot tub is terrific, but it takes a while to heat up. For a group of 10, this house was an excellent value during the holiday week. We would recommend it to friends visiting Tremblant.
