'Mooi complex met een aanbod van leuke en interessante activiteiten. Echte aanraders.
Leuk opgezet met meerdere huisjes/appartementen en een apart hotel/receptie.
Prima restaurant waar we meerdere keren heerlijk gegeten hebben.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Wel wat last van muggen: raamhorren zouden fijn zijn geweest.

'Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages.
Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well)
We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area.
We got a welcome gift as well.
The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁
Swimming pool and sun beds available as well.
Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there.'

'Entrance of the area is great, trees next to the road (100 mtr), beautiful.
When they see you arrive directly the friendly piccolo comes out of the hotel and welcomes you very friendly, assisisting you with your luggages to the room.
First we went to the city of Firenze (Florence), very hot, taxies have a normal price.
When we came back to the hotel directly to the swimming pool. The only negative thing we have: 5 stars hotel with small towels and only one. Beer was sold out. The beds are not...

'The staff was friendly and everything was clean, but the accommodation didn’t feel fresh to me. The interior looked dated and at times a bit kitschy. Our bathroom had no ventilation, and the sealant showed black stains, which gave an unhygienic impression. The use of fabric furniture and carpets made the place feel less fresh and luxurious.
The welcome was underwhelming: you have to carry your luggage up a steep gravel path yourself, with no assistance from staff, which didn’t feel very...
