In de ontbijt ruimte was 2 keer een medewerker die ons beide keren geen enkel woord heeft gegund, we moesten maar raden of we thee of iets anders wilden. De receptie was iets beter, maar iets vragen (een wc-rol) werd al direct als teveel gezien. Al met al prima hotel, personeel je gast is een gast, geen lastpak!'

'Frederica was wonderful! She made sure I had everything I needed. Espresso, pastry, toast for breakfast was great!
