'Everything was spotlessly clean, the mattresses were nice and firm, there were plenty of towels and blankets. Neighbors were extremely nice, and very helpful when we had questions. Far enough outside the city to be peaceful but close enough for an Uber. Walking distance to several restaurants at the Montará State Park, which was wonderful. Recommended.'

'The location is first-rate. The house is high atop a cliff looking down on the Pacific as it rolls in. It's also at the end of a dead end street, so no traffic noise (unless you count the garbage truck which comes at 5 am on Fridays).I'm not so crazy about the check-in and check-out webpage the owner uses. You can't access any check-in information until the day of your arrival. Which is a problem because there's no cell service at the location. So when we arrived, we couldn't access the internet...
