'We loved the west pool with the bar, it was the perfect spot for us to relax. The resort seemed a little fancy for our family but a very nice place to visit. We appreciated the guard checking for hotel keys to keep rowdy casino goers out of the hallways and pools. The property felt very safe overall. '

'We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great.'

'We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT....
The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off. You spend the night fixing it or sleeping on the plastic because fitted sheets don't stay on plastic.

'Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off.
Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. '
