'Very good stay. It’s a great little hotel. Friendly stuff. Clean spacious room with everything you may need; fridge, micro and 2 comfortable beds. Hotel location is very good. Nice neighborhood. Park in front. Supermarket 250 meters away. The coffee machines in the lobby was a nice convenient surprise.'

'The room was very clean. You did not get new towels everyday which was a little disappointing but we are environmental conscience so every other day was good. Bed was made everyday. I want to point out how clean this place was. Very happy. It has just opened and hopefully we come back we will see some art on the walls and shelves or a dresser in the room. Highly recommend. Staff and manager were so helpful and friendly. '

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. '

'My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Dreams . The staff , especially Gloria the manager, was so helpful . After confirming the address , she even ordered an Uber ride for us to take the following morning to our cruise pier. She also provided locations locally where we could walk for dinner . The room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect . '
