'One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. '

'The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.'

'A place to crash for the night and then on to another location. I would not stay there again or another night. Location was excellent; close to great restaurants & 24 hrs market. Place was runned down, a “room” only for a bed & nothing else & bathroom that was put together as best they could. Again, area was great! '

'Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water...

'What a cute little room! I was pleasantly surprised. I had room number 9 upstairs. The room was clean and tidy and pleasantly decorated. The bathroom was quite large- huge shower with hot water and good pressure. There was a bench to leave my open suitcase on as well as some wire shelving and hangers to store more clothing. There were bath and beach towels in the room. Although I didn’t need beach towels, it was nice to know that they were there if I had more time to visit a beach. The location...

'Very run down, no staff to speak to (guy from shop next to hotel helped us). Claim to provide transport but they don't. A bird was chirping all night. I would not recommend.'

'Good value for money. Personel was very nice, helped us fined good places to go and in general very friendly. It could be a little more up to date (cheap repairs) but thats what you get for this price. Really likes our stay!'
