'Great Stay for the Bad Bunny Concert! We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert and couldn’t have picked a better location, close to great eateries, local shops, and just a short walk to La Placita. The room was a great size, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here...

'Only stayed one night and wish we had longer, staff was fantastic as was the room, we really dug the bath & shower on the private balcony. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm and they had no problem holding our luggage until we had to get a cab to the airport. 10/10'

'Stayed at Casa Isabel for one night, love this multigenerational Boricua family owned/run place. Comfortable and clean, the beds could use an upgrade for a multi night stay but for one night last minute trip to see Benito at La Residencia, this was perfect. Location is stellar - one block from beach in one direction and Bebo’s/Calle Loiza in the other. Loved having the beach chairs / gear to borrow, made it easy to have a morning at beach in my whirlwind 24 hours. Margie the owner is friendly...

'Good value for money. Personel was very nice, helped us fined good places to go and in general very friendly. It could be a little more up to date (cheap repairs) but thats what you get for this price. Really likes our stay!'
