The location. though, gives mixed feelings: on the one hand, it is nicely situated very close to Venice: you can get to this great city by car or train in less than 1 hour. Also other historical towns and cities are very reachable.  On the other hand, there is a railroad at several tens of meters from the house and, in general, the area is not...
