'The apartment was in a great location not too far from the river and we were amazed by how spacious, homely and cool it felt with great air conditioning. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding the apartment including a short walk to the Piazzale Michangelo viewpoint and Giardino Bardini which both had amazing views across the city. We did have an issue where the shower flooded a bit. But as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn't too much of an issue so we didn't raise it. There...

'Wonderful place, I'd stay again'

'First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly...

'Perfecte ligging en mooi ingerichte praktische kamer met dubbele badkamer. Er was enkel een probleem met de temperatuur in de kamer door een defect aan de airco.'

'Perfecte plek om Florance te bezoeken en met een keuken heb je alles bij de hand! Enige minpunt is het zeer luide verkeer aan de voorkant. Voordeur en ramen lijken zeer slecht geïsoleerd. Verder top.'

This apartment has been converted out of the stables of a 15th Century Town Palace, this means walls in odd places, different floor heights, tight spiral staircase, and old plaster painted over, there is not a lot of natural light, I think this is what most bad reviewers pick up on, so if you like big natural windows and views you will not find them here. ...
