'Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning.'

'It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! '

'We waren met 3 gezinnen met kleine kinderen en daar leent dit prachtige chalet zich uitstekend voor. Klein minpuntje: Het chalet ligt vrij hoog. De weg er naar toe is met (overbrugbare) hellingen en trappen, maar met kinderwagens of als er iemand bij is die niet goed ter been is, kan dit nadelig zijn. Hoogteverschillen heb je al gauw in gebergte, toch is dit iets om rekening mee te houden. Verder niets dan lof!'

'We stayed for one week. This was an outstanding place to stay. The photos and description don't even do it justice. There are views of the Matterhorn from every room and a cozy balcony and hot tub. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Owners are extremely responsive. There is a lift that takes you to street level that is easy and convenient. 'This Chalet is fantastic and Massimo was really helpful. Very cosy, clean and beautifully presented. Photos don’t do it justice. We slept well every night and had everything we needed for one Dad and 4 young adults. Parking was convenient and we were within easy driving reach of the slopes. The skiing in Cervinia was superb 😊👍'

"Het hotel is modern ingericht met grote kamers alsmede extra faciliteiten zoals een fitnessruimte en een spa. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch met allerlei soorten yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, vers fruit, brood, kaasjes, vleeswaren en jams. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. "
