'Everything is new and works well. Cottage was spotless and prepared well. Check in process, door locks, internet etc all perfect. Just a little too early in the season for leaves on trees, so didn't get the secluded feeling that we imagine would have been there just a couple of weeks later. Visited with our standard poodle - he loved it. Excellent dog park nearby.'

'We had the most wonderful weekend at the Cozy Catskill Cottage, which was clean, adorable, and the owner was super responsive and helpful! The inside of the cottage is amazingly well appointed, featuring old features but updated with all the perfect amenities. The backyard is perfect for hanging out, with a bench around an old giant tree and creek and forest were an oasis. We would definitely stay here again. Magical!'

'We were so lucky to get this property, it is only 7 miles from the Bethel venue where we saw Rod Stewart in concert. The house had everything we needed, the master bed was so comfortable & high up! The nearby park was well worth the visit. We were able to attend a pancake breakfast at the nearby fire station. We spent most of our time in the porch area, nicely furnished & plenty of Hummingbirds at the feeder. We saw the deers daily. Such a great get-away for 2 Florida girls!'

There were some sort of birds caged in the neighbors yard behind that made VERY loud noises throughout the day/night. Also there was no propane for the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked so not an issue for us!'

'My girlfriend, and I had the best week of our entire year at this house. The area is phenomenal, the house itself is cozy and comfortable, and the lake is beautiful. 'Overall this place was good. We were 8 people and it didn’t feel small at all. The kitchen, however is small, so it’s something to consider if you have a lot of people wanting to help out with the cooking. The house was clean and tidy. There are a couple of things to consider when staying here. The bathroom on the main level has a small shower, so large people might have a hard time. The shower upstairs in the loft is a half shower, meaning that it’s a bathtub with a shower head. You have to...

'The best parts of Grandma's cottage were the record player and records, the binder of 1993 Gourmet magazines (my favorite year), the very detailed labeling of everything in the kitchen which made preparing meals a breeze, the comfortable beds, the fact that it really felt like we had traveled back in time to Grandma's house AND the fact that it smelled fresh and clean and not fusty like some Grandma's houses. 'This property is huge, clean, and gorgeous! me and my wife went for a mini vacation and we were blown away with this place! The host is a great communicator always responding quickly.
