The house is located in Carpini (Montone) on the SP201 between Umbertide (15') and Pietralunga (15'). Here you can go for daily shopping and there are several nice restaurants. Thanks to its location 10 km from the SS3bis motorway, you can easily reach all kinds of nearby attractions from here.

The house, pool and garden is for private use.
If you book for 6 or more guests (adults), the guest house will also be opened.
This flexible accommodation is cost-friendly and perfect for a group of friends, a family or two families travelling together.
This house is only rented to one group at a time, if you book the house it will be private for you.
Check-in day and check-out day is Saturday in the main season.
Swimming pool: The heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) is open from May until the end of September. During your stay, someone will come twice a week for pool maintenance. Children are welcome, but please note that the pool is not fenced.
The house has an excellent WiFi connection (Starlink Satellite Internet).

You are NOT allowed to charge your electric car at the facility. Public charging points are available in the area (località Santa Maria di Sette, Montone, Umbertide, ...).

Het huis is omgeven door een goed onderhouden omheinde tuin(1 ha), alleen voor privégebruik en biedt alle rust en kalmte die u zoekt tijdens uw vakantie. Als u op zoek bent naar een plek om echt te ontspannen dan heeft u het gevonden. Vanop de verschillende terrassen kan je genieten van een weids zicht op de groene heuvels . Omdat het huis erg privé is, is het zowel geschikt voor gasten die een ontspannen vakantie willen om tot rust te komen, alsook de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen om de regio Umbrië alsook Toscane en Le Marche te verkennen.

Het huis, het zwembad en de tuin zijn volledig privé.

Dit huis wordt slechts aan één groep tegelijk verhuurd, als u het huis boekt is het voor u privé.
Check-in en check- uit dag dag is zaterdag.
Zwembad: Het zwembad (5 m x 10 m) is geopend van mei tot eind september. Tijdens uw verblijf komt er 2 keer per week iemand langs voor het onderhoud van het zwembad. Kinderen zijn welkom, maar houd er rekening mee dat het zwembad niet is omheind.
Het huis beschikt over een uitstekende WiFi verbinding (Starlink Satellite Internet).

Het is NIET toegestaan uw elektrische auto op te laden aan de voorziening. Er zijn openbare oplaadpunten beschikbaar in de omgeving (località Santa Maria di Sette, Montone, Umbertide, ...).
