I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent booking at your hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found the room in unacceptable condition — it was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned or maintained.
Due to the poor hygiene and overall state of the room, I decided not to stay. I believe this level of service is a sign of disrespect to your guests, and I was very disappointed by the experience.
Given the circumstances, I kindly ask for a full refund. I hope we can resolve this matter quickly and professionally.
