Only 6-minutes away from the Palais des Congrès, this alternative to the expensive hotels in the area is a great way to mix conferences and pleasure in downtown Montreal. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Incredibly large space. Excellent location that borders downtown and the old town. Nearby pastry and coffee shops and subway station. Only complaints were the bed does not have enough support (sank in middle) and the shower/tub has no place to set soap/shampoo.

My apartment was perfect, loved the industrial look. Great area, walked everywhere. Definitely got our steps in. Two cousins 64 and 67 years old eating our way across Montréal Security was excellent in the building and Fioranelli restaurant down stairs was great!Hot tub was nice however the jets were not working hardly no pressure. View from the apartment was lovely both day and night! I’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended

Clean, good location, secure. That said, this is a very sparse accommodation. Another reviewer described it well - it’s good crash pad. Some of the standouts I wish I knew about before booking:There is no bathroom door. So if you get up at night to use the toilet, you don’t have a door to close for privacy. Towels - 2 thin and small bath towels and two washcloths are provided. Only 3 pods are provided for the washer. No dryer sheets provided. The bathtub/shower is a modern look but does not give you any place to put soap or shampoo/conditioner. Lighting overall is sparse. There is a light above counter in kitchen. But that is literally a portable light that is plugged into a power cord and is placed on the counter facing UP (at your face)!There are no plugs by the bedside to charge phones/electronics and there is only one small square table by the bedside. I had to use an extension cord in bathroom so I could reach the mirror while using my blow dryer and curling iron. There are no ice cube trays in freezer. We think there are some easy fixes that can be made to fill this apartment with some creature comforts. Or, book knowing what is/isn’t available. It is a great location and we felt safe coming in and out of the building.

Industrial unit with polished concrete floors and high ceilings. Spacious and bright with a street view of a church and green space. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable King bed. Entry and exit secure and easy to check-in. Close to Palais de Congres, Rue Ste. Catherine, shops and restaurants.

Well located but spare

Property was as advertised: clean and modern. Location was perfect for our needs. Never received check-in info so had to request it but it was easy once we received it. Shower/tub is not friendly to anyone older or with limited mobility. Please add lighting as unit is very dark with only 2 tiny desk lamps in the entire apt

Convenient but not cozy

This apartment is best suited for those who don't plan to spend much time in their lodgings while in Montréal, but want a centrally located place to sleep/get ready. The location is excellent, right in the Old Port and walkable to downtown with a metro stop less than 5 minutes away. While it has all the necessary essentials (bed, full kitchen, shower, small desk), it is mostly made of concrete and not very cozy. The furnishing is sparse (one small nightstand, no shelf for shampoos/soaps in the shower), and there are practically no lights or lamps in the place. It's also a strange design layout – there is no door separating the shower/toilet area from the bedroom. While you don't actually see the toilet or sinks from the bed area, it's still an "open-concept bathroom" in terms of sound (and smell). Luckily, I was staying here with my mom, but I wouldn't want to stay here with someone I'm not *super* comfortable with. The bedroom curtains also cannot be opened without sacrificing privacy, as the walkway to the apartment door is right outside, so anyone passing by on that floor can see inside easily. The view from the living room is beautiful (an old church), and getting in/out of the apartment is simple (but the elevators smelled a bit funky). It was reasonably priced compared to other options, the place was clean, and communication with the host was fast and easy. We had no issues during our stay, but it's not a warm, inviting home – feels more like a student dorm/crashpad.
