'The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. There was a hot water issue which was taken care of right away. The people upstairs where walking around in boots (?) late at night and early morning. Maybe encourage guests to wear slippers (?). There was also some movement of furniture in the early morning (around 6 am). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! Merci!'

'Place was great, as was location. Only down side was the noise. Could hear music till 1 most nights from room by courtyard and then it sounded like someone was moving heavy furniture for 45-1 hour about 11 in evening. The other bedroom got a lot of the street noise some partying till late most nights'

'The entrance wasn’t too hard to find, there’s always people standing at the main entrance smoking and blocking your way. Location wise is alright, the ad didn’t note the huge construction project going on in the area so it’s very busy, noisy and inconvenient. A few sketchy instances where we had people follow us home, seems like all types of people in the area. Place overall was alright, note only 1 bedroom has a door, the other was open walk through. 'Excellent place to stay, within walking distance to everything of interest (to us) in the downtown area. There was some concern about street noise which turned out to be a non issue. The upstairs tenant however, was quite noisy until the wee hours of the morning but not much can be done about that considering the location of the property it was an acceptable inconvenience.'

'The directions were clear and the premises were clean and as described. I didn't need to contact the host as everything went smoothly. Street parking was available. Will stay there again.'

'Sandra is a great host. Very helpful and communicative with lots of information provided in advance. The unit was well stocked with snacks. The soundproofing is not so good due the mechanical sounds of the heating system '

'There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...
