'Beautiful apartment, well located at a midpoint between the east and west ends of the Old Montreal area, making it easy to explore the area. Apartment was clean. Beds & pillows were comfy. Towels soft and fluffy. Concerns: -window to fire escape was screwed shut with L-brackets. What if there was a fire by the front door or hallway? How would we get out? -communication was not good. 'There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...
