'When you book a stay away from home, you expect to be able to get some rest. Be aware that this building is right across from a night club and it is impossible to sleep. The company pretends like they have some fancy windows (just double pane) and curtains that block the noise. But we were able to hear the thumping of the bass and people on the street screaming even through earplugs and their white noise machine! After a sleepless night we had no choice but to forfeit our remaining nights and...

'Fantastic location right on St. Denis. We enjoyed just walking out and being on the bustling sidewalk. Very close to Mt Royal Park, shopping, groceries, coffee shops. Our unit faced the back and was quiet, but not much of a view. Next time I would prefer a street view to be able to see the action from the street. That said, we had a very good stay here.'

'Good location and good communication. It is definitely not a luxury place as the listing claims; it is far from being luxury. It’s a good place, but not luxury. The sheets are very cheap, the towels are very small, cheap toilet paper and there is no bath mat in the master bathroom shower, which leaves everything wet after showering. One extremely rude thing was that we arrived at 3 PM after a six-hour drive with two elderly people and two babies; the person on the phone authorized us to leave...
