'Hotel was perfect for our stay. Front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful. Very helpful helping us navigate the area, and offer suggestions. The hop on hop off bus has a stop right around the corner, which was great as we got the 2 day pass and had to walk around the corner to catch it. The area was close to everything. Being able to park on-site was a perk as well. Had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room was nice too. '

'The first impression of this hotel was that of simple, understated class. This is a comfortable, elegant, and accommodating place without trying to portray some sort of unrealistic fantasy of grandeur. Service was friendly with a sincere kindness that is often missed in the world of cultivated service-industry niceties. The room was comfortable with a warm ambience - not a hint of sterility. I will certainly stay here again. The proximity to excellent dining options was an unanticipated bonus....

'Super hotel gelegen vlakbij Av sainte Catherine met alle trendy winkels en niet ver van “ le vieux Montreal” het oude stadscentrum. Kamers zijn mooi en ruim. Enig minpuntje in onze kamer is dat er geen afgesloten badkamer was de douche stond in de kamer . Is minder handig en koud als je uit de douche komt. Boven is er ook een heel groot zwembad met jacuzzi en een sauna waar je kan gaan relaxen. Is ook een pluspunt. '

'Love our stay overall, but there were some minor issues with our room (bathroom door was hard to close, toilet had a hard time flushing and the reading light on one of the beds did not work unless (as we discovered by accident) you sit on a specific spot on the end of the bed) that were mildly annoying but not affect our overall satisfaction during our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the beds were cozy and it was a perfect location for our activities. I do wish that the pool hours...

'Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. En er lagen leeggelopen ballonnen op onze kamer, die waarschijnlijk aan de muur hadden vastgezeten want het plakband zat er nog. Verder een ruime kamer met complete badkamer. Ligging is prima. Parkeren onder het hotel is mogelijk. '

"Clean and tidy hotel, very helpfull staff at reveptions and bellboys. Pierre at the reception desk was very accommodating. Hotelroom has bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, body cream and hand wash as well as a hair dryer, coffeemachine and fridge. All very convenient. Aircon worked well. 6 minute walk to thr basilique and to the 747 busstop (to the airport). All in all, wouls recommend."
