Attentive host-Amazing Location

Our group of 14 (ages 9-69) had an incredible stay. Al was beyond helpful, often responding within minutes. We booked A3 and A1. This made for a fun vacation with plenty of room to spread out! We ended each night gathered around the smart TV screen mirroring photos from the day, and playing pool. I loved having a full size washer and dryer (with laundry pods and dryer sheets!) Being able to toss in wet, muddy clothes made a winter trip with three 10 year old boys a breeze! The location was 10/10. We walked everywhere, even in 10 degree weather. Countless restaurants on St Laurent just outside your door, including famous Schwartz’s right across the street. Highly recommend Restaurant Le Vieux for breakfast/lunch! We loved Crusty’s for late night smash burgers and dessert crepes! By far our favorite dining was just next door at Amelia’s! We spent our first night enjoying the most delicious pizza and tiramisu. April was phenomenal! Like our personal travel guide to the city! Pharmacy was a 1 min walk and grocery store less than 5 mins! Other must do-ice skating at La Fontaine Park, Chinatown, Centre Eaton for shopping, Time Out Market for dining(don’t miss Le Taj for incredible Indian food/butter chicken), and the view from Mount Royal lookout! One of the most memorable highlights of our trip was snow tubing at DOMAINE DES PAYS D'EN HAUT. We rented a car for the day and it was an easy 40 minute drive. Overall, we can’t say enough wonderful things about Al, Montreal, and A1!

Great place !

To put it simple, this is the best place I’ve ever rented. You have good selection of entertainment from card games to the pool table. The place can easily accommodate a large group and on top of that, it’s clean and well-maintained. The communication with the owner was fluid and instructions were crystal clear. I would most definitely rent this place again and if you haven’t yet, it’s worth every penny. :)

Nye Reunion with Friends

Me and my 16 friends absolutely loved this place!! No problems with anything and the host replied right away if we had any questions. So many useful amenities around the place (dishwasher, washer and dryer, full fridge). There was so much to do around the place, there was a fusbol table, pool table and a long table to play games and cards on. Overall the area was super close to everything me and group planned. The host also had a ton of suggestions on places to go, we are from the US and had never been to Montreal before so having suggestions was very helpful. Most importantly walked us through check in, overall it was super fun and we hope to return next year!

Ce logement est super bien situé et peut accueillir de grand groupe. Nous étions un grand groupe de collègues et nous avions beaucoup d’espaces. Le logement était propre et bien entretenu. Amazing for intimate events

Just wanted to say that this place is perfectly located in the heart of Plateau, everything is nearby which is amazing. We rented this place for my brother’s 18th birthday and we needed a big space since we’re a lot in our family. Everyone was surprised with this place, will definitely go back soon for other events! Charming Loft in Prime Location

This loft has a fantastic location, right in the heart of town, offering easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The space is well-designed and has a lot of charm, creating a welcoming ambiance. However, there are a few notable downsides. One inconvenience is the lack of free parking nearby, which might be challenging for those driving. Additionally, I found it odd that the rooms didn’t have any ceiling lights, relying solely on smaller lamps for lighting. This created a somewhat dim atmosphere, which may not suit everyone’s preferences.

Awesome experience with Al!

I hosted my girlfriend’s birthday at Al’s place and it was a hit! The place had everything from pool to fooseball tables. Instructions for wifi, speaker and everything were neatly there for us at our arrival. Speaker was great and place super cozy Al was very communicative throughout the week before and always answered within 20 minutes. Overall our experience was a 10/5 will definitely come again with my group
