The Space:

This unit has two independent units, connected by a door between the main unit's kitchen and the studio's living area.



Here's how the units are configured:



*Unit 1*



On the first floor, you'll find:



✦ A beautiful entrance, spacious and welcoming so you'll feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door.



✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook great meals during your vacation. Crockery, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on hand to make preparation easy.



✦ An extraordinary living/dining area, complete with smart TV. The fireplace is purely decorative.



On the second floor, you'll find:



✦ Three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a King size bed. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, ensuring restful sleep in a welcoming setting. Finally, the third bedroom is equipped with a Double bed, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.



✦ A pleasant, functional and comfortable workspace to enable you to telecommute with ease. Note that the desk is height-adjustable and a screen is provided.



✦ A sumptuous bathroom, fully renovated with shower will delight you!



*Unit 2*



This bright, modern studio will charm you with :



✧ A beautiful entrance with a large closet to hold all your belongings!



✧ The main room featuring a magnificent Queen bed, a dining area with high chairs as well as a sitting area with a futon and smart TV which will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney accounts!



✧ A fully equipped and furnished independent kitchen so you can prepare great meals! Everything's there: crockery, utensils, dishwasher. Just like at home!



✧ Finally, the bathroom with walk-in shower will make your stay simply perfect! Shower gel and shampoo are provided so that, even if you forget, nothing will spoil your vacation!



Guest Access:

✦ You will have access to the entire unit.



✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the unit, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located in the Youville neighborhood in Montreal. It is a quiet residential area where families generally live.



You can enjoy various small neighborhood shops and restaurants.



Near the unit, the large Henri-Julien park will charm young and old alike.



Getting Around:

You will be 3 minutes walk from the Crémazie metro station: Orange line.



Several bus lines are available just a few meters away.



The unit is also 3 minutes from Highway 40 if you want to take the car.



Other Things to Note:

*DOGS*

We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.



Additional fees: $100 per stay.



Conditions:

- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;

- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;

- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to

bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.

- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.

- You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit clean.



*OTHER PETS*

Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.



*UNITS*

Note that the door connecting the two units is a fire door (similar to those in hotels). This door has locks on both sides, allowing total privacy when desired.



*TELEVISIONS*

Both televisions do not have cable. They are smart, however, so you can connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney accounts.



*PARKING*

Please note that only one private parking space is available. However, several free spaces are available on the street.
