The Saint Lofts is in a great location, and the apartment itself is a nice size with a good layout.
However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. Some chairs are wobbly, and near the end of their lifespan, several light bulbs were burnt out, and there were noticeable cosmetic issues, such as chipped furniture, cigarette burns on the floors and furniture, and white paint splatters from touch-up work. The kitchen sink faucet is also coming apart, and the front door lock takes some effort to latch properly.
The biggest issue, though, was dealing with a smoke detector chirping for almost 24 hours. I reached out multiple times, and it took two visits to resolve it fully. What should have been a small fix turned into a major disruption to the stay. I also noticed two other smoke detectors in the unit were broken, which is concerning from a safety standpoint.
This unit needs more proactive upkeep and faster, more complete maintenance support — especially for safety-related issues.
