'Great staff, they were so sweet with our fur baby. The bartender/cook was amazing for dinner, she makes a great mojito! Kids loved the water slide and pool. Breakfast was delicious and many options. Beds were very comfy. Great stay!'

'The hotel amenities are perfect! Our suite room is very spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Front staff people are superb! Breakfast is good and sufficient enough to start your day. However, one kitchen staff snapped at me when I asked for a banana or where to find the banana. She even had to inform me in a loud voice that I have to give her time and wait awhile as there’s only 3 of them working today. She even said loudly ‘please don’t block the way’ as she was pulling a cart with plates....

'Personnel très aimable et serviable. Hôtel nickel car flambant neuf (ouvert il y a 3 mois) Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation qui n’est pas extraordinaire et qui devrait être revue car l’hôtel se trouve entre l’aéroport et l’autoroute. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être également un peu plus varié '

'I'm still trying to figure out when you go to a hotel if and when they make up your room. I wish they would tell you when you check on if it is daily or every other day. Some even every 3 days. I would at least like my bed made and towels changed daily. A 10 minute job. After all we ARE paying for this service'
