'We wanted to plan a quick family getaway with our dogs, so we reached out to Tasha to see if she could accommodate us. She was very communicative and responsive! The cabin was clean, organized, and up to date. Anyone bringing small children/pets, the stairs to the bottom floor are very steep, so be prepared to block them for safety. 'Nancy was great and made the check in very smooth. Property was overall in good shape. Bed was comfortable. The only couple issues was a worn out carpet runner in the hallway that should be replaced and the wall heaters were quite noisy when trying to watch tv or sleep. Everything else was very good. Would definitely stay again, but maybe not in the winter with the heater issue.'

'Not as ‘woodsy/rustic’ as others nearby, but this one fit the bill for our group. Glad to have 4 bathrooms and the hot tub. Kitchen, dining and entertainment areas were all large enough. Generally the lighting was terrible (except at the stairwells), and there was only one hand towel for 4 bathrooms?'

'Our stay at Bear Haven was amazing! The owners and property managers were so kind and oh so hospitable. The cabin was impeccably clean and so lovely. The cabin is so cozy and provided us with four wonderful days with our children and grandchildren. The TV is equipped with everything you could hope to watch and the gaming system provided us with lots of healthy and fun competition. I can't recommend this cabin enough!'

'The cabin was as advertised. I wish it had been cleaner in some aspects. Some of the dishes and silverware were dirty so I felt like I needed to wash things before I could use them and the hot tub had a harsh smell and was very cloudy, so we chose not to use it, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the property served our needs just fine. The management was very responsive when we had an issue at checkin and easy to communicate with.'
